All resin pieces are 100% handmade meaning that inevitably there may be some imperfections. Once the resin is poured we invest a lot of time ensuring that bubbles are kept to a minimum, however, flowers can hold trapped air bubbles which can appear during the final curing stage - this is not a defect and sometimes adds to the beauty of the piece. Other imperfections that can occur are uneven edging, small holes/ cavities on the sides where air bubbles have settled, dust particles or small swirls within the resin. All resin items are designed to be viewed from the front. The back of the freestanding items/ letters and the bottoms of spheres can sometimes be uneven or have microbubbles - this is normal. Flowers and stems can sometimes protrude on the back of items and these will be sanded when necessary. Flowers can also move during the curing process and designs can alter from a photo design. By placing an order, you are accepting of these possible imperfections and agree that they do not make an item defective. Other things to note:

  • UV resin - We use the highest quality casting resin which is UV stabilised and inhibits yellowing, however, if left in direct sunlight this can cause the resin to yellow/amber more quickly. To prolong the resin clarity it’s best to display your item out of direct sunlight or away from heat such as fireplace mantels and radiators. The sun will always win this battle! Please be aware that ultimately all resin will show signs of degradation and amber over time (it will take on a new vintage style). We cannot take any responsibility for resin pieces that turn yellow/amber after a short period of time as there is no way to know how much UV light the items were exposed to while in the client’s possession.
  • Resin Letters - Please note that letters F & P are not freestanding. Letters C, G, J, O, S & U require rubber feet to enable them to stand and will be placed as subtly as possible. Large letters are sized between 5 – 5.9 inches depending on the letter. Flowers can sometimes push on the walls of the letter moulds causing the letter to become slightly out of shape. This is not a defect.
  • Layouts - In most cases, we will send you over several layout options for you to choose from. Although we do our best to emulate the design when we place the flowers in the resin, sometimes the placement of the flowers may change slightly. The overall layout will still be the same.
Upside down castings (Spheres, tealights, letters) - flowers have a tendency to move when in the resin and whilst we do our best to place them, they can move or turn when being placed upside down.

We do not give exact turnaround times. We may give an estimated completion time but this is always subject to change. There are many factors that can affect the process and cause a delay. We will always be transparent with where we are up to and you’re always welcome to ask for an update.

Generally, most orders are completed within 9-12 months.

  • 1st instalment: £20 deposit upon booking your date.
  • 2nd instalment: 50% of final balance due when flowers are received.
  • 3rd instalment: Remaining 50% due when the resin stage is due to commence and this will be communicated via messenger/ email.
  • Payments are to be made via BACS and details will be sent over to you. The resin stage will not start until the final 50% payment has been made. Failure to pay this when requested will result in your order start date being put back. We will request the final payment up to two times, after which your order will move to the bottom of my list.

P&P is an extra charge. Shipping costs are calculated by the weight and value of the order and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day. Costs will be confirmed with your final invoice. On the rare occasion that an item is delayed, we will do our best to chase your order, however, you will be provided a tracking number or receipt where you can check the status of your item. We cannot open a case with Royal Mail until your item has been missing for more than 30-days and I am unable to offer a refund during this time. Please note that during busy periods such as the summer wedding season & Christmas, your items may take longer to arrive.

  • We always recommend sending your flowers on a next day delivery at the first possible opportunity. Flowers preserve at their best when they are as fresh as possible.
  • It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the flowers arrive to us in the best possible condition. Detailed shipping instructions will be sent & should be followed exactly for best results. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your flowers whilst they are in transit via any Third Party.
  • We will dry as many flowers as we need for the items that you have ordered. It is normal practice for us to dry a few more than we need just in case some do not dry as well. we are unable to return any leftover flowers to you.
  • If you have larger flowers and have chosen a small item, I may need to deconstruct your flowers to fit inside the mould or discuss alternative options.
  • When you place your order, you are agreeing to the understanding that some flowers change colour and shape as they dry. Many white flowers will turn cream, yellow flowers can dry more orange, pink can change to purple and red can turn burgundy. This is just the nature of the flower and totally out of our control. Some flowers can also change colour again slightly when in the resin and transparent patches may become visible. This is due to how the flowers have been handled throughout their journey from being picked to the wedding day and is a result of bruising and oils from handling. Where possible we will avoid using flowers that have obvious bruising but sometimes this only becomes apparent once in the resin.
  • Some proteas cannot be used due to their size but can be broken down to use part of it. Succulents do not dry well and berries turn almost black. Artificial alternatives will be discussed.

Please note that you will be unable to change your order if we have already began the resin process. If you would like to make any changes or add-on additional products before the resin stage has begun then please let us know ASAP.

There is a minimum order value of £150 when ordering add on items without purchasing a larger piece.
